SÃO PAULO - SP - CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER
Para São Paulo - SP - Santo Amaro. Responsible for the GE Corporate ledger and reporting ; GBS Pricing/ Productivity financials tools in Brazil. Responsible for the financial ledger of the Corporate operation in accordance with local GAAP; make sure journal entries properly reflect financial activities and are posted accordingly - accruals, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, etc. Assure Corporate numbers satisfy compliance requirements, government regulations. Ensure all expenses paid & recorded in ERP system, ensuring compliance within SOPs and business/company policies. Responsible for the account reconciliation process (as a reviewer) and assure process is performed timely and defect-free. Participate in regular balance sheet reviews and variance analyses. Responsible for timely reporting or corporate performance. Drive closure of open audit issues and proactively work to prevent future issues / manage risk. Lead resulting corrective action process implementation and follow up throughout the organization. Execute on policies and procedures during monthly/quarterly close process and attend GE. Corporate Data Request (DR) submissions, representation letters and adjusting entries. Participate in the annual pre-close process, quarterly CFO risk reviews and monthly controllership reviews with key operational and financial management personnel. Perform financial analysis of balance sheet accounts to ensure compliance, integrity of account balances/financial reporting and effectiveness of business processes. Responsible for development and implementation of robust BCP (business continuity plan) for the Financial Services organization. Drive the concept of productivity, from a financial standpoint, to the Financial Services dept and represent GBS on the discussions of results and meaning measures of output. Provide guidance to FP&A on analysis of actual vs forecast for the GBS operation ; present to GBS product managers explanation and discuss what if analysis, proactively. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the management tool that allows identification of the cost to serve each customer. Responsible for the recommending the prices to be charge to the customers by product, and further implementation in conjunction with the Product Managers. Responsible for updating and maintaining the Contract Manager tool, with the contracts signed with each customer and further updates. Bachelor degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, or other proven experience in the field. USGAAP / Brazilian GAAP. English skills. Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change. Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions. Able to quickly grasp new ideas. Customer orientation. Experience working in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows. Experience in managing high performance team and achieving results through multi-disciplinary projects. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strategic alliances.
