Description: To take a leading role in the planning, strategic direction and management of key relationships with clients. Guarantee the client satisfaction. To generate new business and develop existing business with the global account. To direct, motivate and develop the Account Team. End to end business management; guarantee the related sale, profit and cash flow target could be reached. Desired Background & Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years working in Telecommunications area. Excellent oral and written communications skills (bi-lingual Portuguese & English). Advanced teamwork, collaboration and negotiation skills. Successful track record in negotiating $multi-million contracts and deals. Requirements: Please list the required qualifications, educational degree, work experiences, special trainings, and other relevant competencies required for this position. Educational degree: Bachelor Specialization: Electronics and relevant areas preferred. Work experience: 5 years of telecommunication working experiences, among which having 2 years of sales experiences, and have successful key important project experiences Knowledge: 1 - Familiarity with relevant knowledge of core products (access, optical, data, mobile), such as product basic structure, technological features and service provisioning capability and etc. understanding of selling point and market of non-core products. 2 - Understand evolution trend of networks, Familiar with development trend of core products, product features(technology, service), selling point of products, market for products, product orienting logic, competition strategies, advantages of typical solutions(idea of combination network), sample recommendation and advantages and disadvantages of products of competitors. 3 - Master sales ordering process and commercial management knowledge, receivables recovery, financing, organizational operations, and bidding etc... 4 - Familiar with current situations of company, product development strategy and service knowledge. Skills: 1 - Ability to lead the product and networks’s optimizing, explore the opportunities, recommend the solutions, make the regional product competitive strategy and carry out sales portfolio. 2 - Ability to plan, organize, implement, inspect and follow up the marketing working ability of the key customer account. 3 - Ability to co-ordinate the delivery resources and successfully implement delivery project at representative level.
