High Profile RH selection : Controller. Candidates must have the ability to organize, lead and control the administrative and financial activities of the Branch in Brazil, which merely enunciatively include: invoicing and collections, payables and payments, taxes book keeping, budgeting, account analysis, and company’procedures, record transactions, and the compliance of tax and labor duties, and protect the integrity of the assets of the company. Duties : Controller will report to the regional Controller, Within this environment, primary duties are : All matters referred to financial, fiscal and legal areas, Cooperates to establish, improvement and implementation of corporate’s strategies, and related policies, and procedures. Leads budgeting processes, Keeps relationships whit suppliers and banks, being involved in related negotiations, Ensures the accomplishment of corporate’s policies, internal controls, procedures and contracts commitments, Verifies the accomplishment of legal, taxes, and professional rules that impact to the company.
