Gerente de planejamento físico-financeiro de obras industriais do projeto de expansão de parque industrial, localizado na zona oeste, região industrial do Rio de Janeiro. É necessário : Experiência comprovada no gerenciamento e cumprimento do planejamento físico-financeiro de construção de plantas industriais, no que concerne à gestão de cronogramas e custos de projetos, adquirida preferencialmente em construtoras de porte em geral e ou na área de engenharia, projetos de expansão de grandes indústrias. Perfil financeiro, com larga vivência na administração de fluxo de caixa e controle de projetos. Experiência em trâmites de legalização de obras e licenças ambientais. Habituado a ser o interface entre fornecedores e o cliente principal. Graduação preferencialmente em Engenharia. Inglês fluente (oral/ escrito). Responsibilities: Support activities and ensure a safe, efficient and cost effective operation, meeting the contractual, statutory as well as the Company's requirements. The responsibility will also include the following specific duties: - Responsible for office administration activities and services - Responsible for maintaining the central archive - Responsible for procurement and purchase activities of non-operational goods and services - Assist in HR related issues (application processes, medical health plan, meal tickets, assistance to employees, etc.) aligned with headquarter and local legislation - Responsible for mail, document, material process flow in office - Responsible for visa process and assist expatriates - Responsible for company cars and company apartment rentals (search, contract, maintenance, contracting services as telephone, internet access, cable TV, utilities etc.) - Responsible for invoice and receivable process - Coordinate finance/ accounting process and financial reports along with Third Parties - Preparation and control of legal documents (corporate articles, power of attorney, etc.) - Coordinate legal issues with Legal Advisor companies - Create, implement and improve process and guidelines - Responsible for marketing activities such as promotional and collateral materials, including customization of material into local language, advertisements, direct marketing, etc - Responsible for customer events such as seminars and regional exhibitions - Responsible for transport and hotel bookings of visitors - Assist management in carrying out ad hoc tasks - Responsible for intranet. Qualification Requirements Experience in handling contracts. 5-10 year experience in secretarial work Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of HSE.
